Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 25, 2026
Agreement to These Terms
Laaunch ("Laaunch," "we," "our," or "us") is a division of Morgan Ventures, Inc., a North Carolina corporation. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Laaunch website, dashboard, the pages you publish with it, and related services (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, signing in, publishing a page, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this document, and your continued use of the Services after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
What Laaunch Is
Laaunch lets you publish a focused page on a domain you already own, without building or hosting a website. You choose one of a fixed set of page types (For Sale, Waitlist, Info, and Links), preview it, connect your domain by adding DNS records at your own registrar or DNS provider, and publish. For Sale and Waitlist pages can collect leads from your visitors, and the dashboard shows each page's domain status, visits, leads, and delivery state.
Laaunch is deliberately not a website builder, content management system, domain registrar, marketplace, broker, escrow service, or CRM.
Accounts and Signing In
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. We sign you in with a one-time code or link sent to your email address, or through a provider you choose, such as Google or GitHub. You are responsible for keeping your email account and any provider account you use secure, and for all activity under your Laaunch account. Your use of a sign-in provider remains subject to that provider's own terms. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate access if account information is inaccurate, your use creates risk for the Services or others, or you violate these Terms.
Your Domains
You may only connect domains that you own or are authorized to control. Connecting a domain works through DNS records that you add at your current registrar or DNS provider, which point your domain to Laaunch and allow a security certificate to be issued for it. Your domain stays registered where it is: we do not register, transfer, renew, or take ownership of your domains, and you remain responsible for keeping them registered and renewed.
DNS changes and certificate issuance depend on systems outside our control and can take time, so a newly connected domain may not be live right away. You can stop using Laaunch on a domain at any time by removing it in the dashboard or removing the DNS records at your provider; your domain then stops showing your Laaunch page.
Your Pages and Content
You are responsible for the pages you publish and everything on them, including text, prices, images, links, and the claims you make. You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, reproduce, display, and transmit your content solely to provide, secure, and support the Services, including showing your published pages to visitors and generating previews.
A For Sale page lets interested buyers contact you about a domain. Laaunch is not a party to any sale, does not verify buyers, sellers, offers, or ownership, and does not handle negotiations, payments, escrow, or transfers. Any transaction is solely between you and the other party.
We may remove, suspend, or restrict access to pages that violate these Terms, receive credible reports of abuse, or create security or legal risk, whether or not we notify you first.
Leads From Your Visitors
When visitors submit a form on one of your pages, such as an inquiry or a waitlist signup ("Leads"), those Leads belong to your account and we process them on your behalf. You are responsible for telling your visitors how you will use their information, for having any consent or lawful basis that applies, and for complying with the privacy, marketing, and anti-spam laws that apply to how you contact them. Do not use your pages to collect sensitive information, such as government identification numbers, payment card or bank details, passwords, or health information.
We store every Lead before we try to deliver it. You may configure notification email addresses and webhook URLs; configure only destinations you control or are authorized to use. Delivery is provided on a best-effort basis and may fail or be delayed for reasons outside our control, including destination outages, spam filtering, and invalid configuration. A failed delivery does not delete the stored Lead, which remains available in your dashboard and exports.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to:
- Publish unlawful, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringing material;
- Impersonate another person, business, or brand, or mislead visitors about who operates a page;
- Run phishing, scams, malware, or deceptive downloads, or collect credentials or payment details;
- Connect domains you do not own or are not authorized to control;
- Send spam, generate fake visits or leads, or misuse the leads you collect;
- Probe, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Services, or circumvent rate limits, verification, or other abuse controls.
Branding
Pages may display a small Laaunch attribution. Where your plan allows removing it, the page setting controls it. "Laaunch," the Laaunch logo, and related marks are trademarks of Morgan Ventures, Inc.; do not use them without written permission.
Plans and Fees
The Services may include free and paid plans. Pricing, included domains and pages, and other allowances are presented before you are charged, and billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are described at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, and we do not store full payment card numbers. We may set reasonable limits on use of the Services, such as the number of domains, pages, uploads, and requests, and may adjust them to protect the Services.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time. The Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, or events outside our control, including problems with DNS, certificate authorities, hosting, or network providers. We do not guarantee that any page, domain, or form will be available at all times.
Intellectual Property; Suggestions
We and our licensors own the Services and all related intellectual property rights. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your own business or personal purposes; they transfer no ownership. If you send us suggestions or ideas about Laaunch itself, we may use them without restriction or compensation. This does not apply to your content or your Leads.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time by removing your domains, unpublishing your pages, and asking us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate the Services or your account for violation of these Terms, risk to the Services or others, or extended non-payment on a paid plan. When your account ends, your pages stop being served on your domains. Upon termination we will make reasonable efforts to let you export your Leads for a limited period unless legal or security reasons prevent it.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that any domain will connect or stay connected, or that any Lead, notification, or webhook will always be delivered.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost sales, lost goodwill, lost data, or business interruption, arising from or related to the Services. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) if you have paid nothing.
Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Laaunch, Morgan Ventures, Inc., and their officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, expenses, and liabilities arising from your domains, your pages and content, your Leads and how you use them, your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party, including your visitors' privacy rights.
Governing Law and General Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes lie in the state and federal courts located in Raleigh, North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect; our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Your Pages and Content, Leads From Your Visitors, Acceptable Use, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, and this section) survive.
